Conditions of Participation
The conditions regulate the participation in the Le Mélange sweepstakes.
Organizer of the sweepstakes is Le Mélange GmbH, Gelsenholz 18b, 45327 Essen, Germany - hereinafter referred to as "Brand".
2 Eligibility and Prize Determination
All persons aged at least 18 years and follow the Facebook page / Instagram page of the respective brand are eligible to participate. The determination of the winner will follow as soon as possible after the end of the competition by random.
3. Period of Participation
Participation in the sweepstakes is possible from the publication of the entry until the stated end time (hereinafter "participation period"). The brand reserves the right to shorten the period if urgent reasons require this. The brand does not have to inform the participants beforehand. Participants or third parties may not derive any claims from the termination of the participation period.
The sweepstake content is the same as the one mentioned in the respective entry.
(1) The conditions of participation are defined in the respective contribution. By commenting on the post, the participant agrees to the conditions of participation and thus to a public announcement on the respective social media page of the organizer.
(2) The announcement of the winners runs via the comment function of the brand's social media account. The brand will name and tag the winners in the comments. Once announced, winners must send a private message to the Brand account via their account with their mailing address and full name in order to initiate the shipping of the prize. 3 days after failure to contact the winner, the prize will be forfeited.
(3) The winners will be drawn from all participants who have participated up to that point.
(4) The prizes will be sent by mail after the postal addresses have been provided.
(5) There will be no cash payment of the prizes won. An exchange of the prizes is not possible.
(6) Each participant can win a maximum of one prize. Multiple entries by the same person will be recognized - on the basis of the data entered - and excluded from the game, so that each participant can only take part in the prize game once and possibly win.
(7) Employees of the brand and other persons involved in the creation and implementation of the competition are excluded from participation.
(8) In the event of the provision of false data or unlawful use of the competition, the participant concerned or the relevant data may be excluded from participation in the competition. In this case, no notification will be made.
(9) If a prize cannot be delivered to a winner, the prize will not be offered again. After unsuccessful delivery, the winner no longer has a claim to the prize.
(10) There are no costs for participation in the competition - apart from the individual costs for the participant's Internet connection. Participation in the competition is independent of the purchase of goods from the brands.
6. Data Protection
The personal data is processed by Le Mélange GmbH, Gelsenholz 18b, 45327 Essen, Germany, for the execution of the sweepstakes as well as for the sending of the prize (Art. 6 para. 1 c DSGVO). Further subcontractors to whom the winner's data will be forwarded for the purpose of awarding the prize are:
- Possible sponsors of the prizes
- Possible logistics service providers (depending on the type of prize).
Your data will be deleted after expiry of the statutory retention obligations. You have the possibility to request information, correction, deletion or blocking regarding your personal data according to the legal basis. To do so, please contact email@example.com. Further information, e.g. on rights, can be found in our data protection declaration. Any use, reproduction or public disclosure of the content published here as part of the competition is not permitted without the express permission of the brand.
